This 1-minute typing test starts on your first key and stops after 1 minute. You get net WPM, accuracy, raw speed, consistency and a chart of every second.
How your WPM is calculated
Every 5 correct characters, including spaces, count as one word. Net WPM only counts correct characters; raw WPM counts every key you press.

What is a good score?

Around 40 wpm is average. 60 wpm or more is good for most jobs, and 80 wpm or more is fast. Keep accuracy above 95%.
